Booking & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A partial or full advance payment may be required to confirm your tour package.
• The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the trip unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation and booking policies of hotels, transport providers, and other service partners.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable period after cancellation approval.
• No refunds will be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing, or early departures during the trip.

Travel Documents

• Guests are responsible for carrying valid identification documents during travel.
• Any permits or documents required for visiting specific destinations must be arranged by the traveller unless mentioned otherwise.

Changes in Itinerary

• Kashmir Holiday Lab reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, road closures, natural disturbances, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
• We will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives whenever possible.

Hotel & Transport

• Hotels and transportation are provided according to the selected package category and availability.
• Similar category hotels may be arranged if the mentioned property is unavailable.

Liability

• Kashmir Holiday Lab acts only as a travel organiser and shall not be held responsible for delays, accidents, natural disasters, loss of belongings, injury, or additional expenses caused by circumstances beyond our control.
• Travellers are advised to take care of their personal belongings and follow local guidelines during the trip.

Pricing

• Package prices may change without prior notice due to changes in hotel tariffs, transportation costs, fuel prices, taxes, or government regulations.

Behaviour & Responsibility

• Travellers are expected to behave respectfully with local communities, hotel staff, drivers, and guides.
• Any unlawful activity or misconduct may result in termination of services without refund.
